Simulated lives

Every NPC is someone.

Each person has a persistent identity, a personality, goals, relationships, and a history. They belong to families, factions, occupations, and places. Memory and reputation make an encounter part of an ongoing life: an insult can outlast a conversation, and a ruler's decision can matter when you later stand in their hall.

A world in motion

History happens beyond your horizon.

Realms compete for territory, trade, wealth, and influence. Armies move, caravans travel, leaders die, and succession changes who holds power. The same world is followed at continental, regional, and personal scales, so distant politics can become the patrol you meet on a road or the authority you face in a city.

An AI Dungeon Master

Bring the freedom of a tabletop session.

A first-of-its-kind ambition: an AI Dungeon Master woven into a first-person RPG and an autonomous world simulation. Describe what you want to attempt in your own words. The DM interprets the scene, connects supported intentions to your abilities and the game's rules, and narrates the actual outcome. Live NPC conversation draws on each person's identity, knowledge, and memories. Your ideas meet a world whose people and history continue beyond the encounter. The goal is the responsiveness of a human-run campaign within an immense, deeply simulated world.

First-person immersion

Stand inside the world you affect.

Walk through cities, travel between cultures, explore ruins, and face danger through your character's eyes. Fight with weapons, cast spells, or look for another way through a situation. The setting has its own strength, so knowledge, preparation, allies, and judgement matter alongside your character's abilities.

Armies and dynasties

A personal adventure can reach a kingdom.

The design connects an individual's deeds to military service, command, organizations, offices, and rule. Battles draw on formations, cohesion, terrain, and casualties; realm politics draw on legitimacy, rivalries, title claims, and succession. Rulership places you among other powers whose ambitions continue alongside your own.

A richly authored setting

Centuries of culture beneath every border.

The Unbound Realms carries the aftermath of shattered empires into its laws, faiths, guilds, and landscapes. Gods have contested histories. Institutions compete beneath the great powers. Strange lands preserve the consequences of old magic. The encyclopedia opens this depth to you before you set foot in it.

Speak freely. Live with the result.

Your words are part of the adventure.

Lick a wall to investigate magic. Try a threat. Make an embarrassingly earnest plea. Freeform dialogue brings your own approach to the DM and the people you meet, with real skill checks and relationships behind the response.
